DUTIES: Direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of doctors, dental assistants, and dental hygienists. Evaluate and plan company budget taking into consideration medical services expenditures.

Direct and establish rates for medical and dental services. Direct recruitment and hiring of doctors, dental assistants, and dental hygienists.

Evaluate activities of doctors, dental assistants, and dental hygienists to assure that state regulations of medical care and dental services are followed. Establish and plan work schedules for doctors, dental assistants, and dental hygienists.

Inform medical personnel about advances in medicine and dental care, including new computerized diagnostic equipment and technology used for dental and medical services and health insurance changes.

Maintain reports of services and need for improvement to assure proper medical services are maintained for customers. Communicate with the President to inform him about the overall performance of the medical services personnel.

• HOURS/WAGES: 40 hrs/wk; 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
