Originally from Taiwan, Dr. Chang grew up in Canada and went to college at University of California, Berkeley and Dental school at New York University, College of dentistry. He completed a General practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital and Oral Surgery internship there as well. His has a wide range of skillset tailored fit for your children.
